How can I get my package(s)?

Update: All of our communities’ offices have reopened as of early June. Subject to staffing availability, some communities may still be delivering packages, while others may only be offering pick-up at the office. We encourage you to reach out to your property’s office for more details.

First, we are directing the carriers to attempt to deliver your package directly to your front door. If for some reason you are not home, the carrier will deliver those packages to the management office and we will log them in to our system. If you receive a notification about a package received in your office, you can email your property and we can arrange a delivery or drop-off of your package. If we do not receive any specific requests about delivery of your package within 48 hours of receiving from the carrier, our team will attempt to place these packages outside your front door as quickly as possible. We will not be entering your unit to deliver these packages.
